Return, Refunds & Exchanges
Policy
  How to return an item.

All items must be in the original, unopened package to be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect. You must return the item within 30 days of purchase.

Please email accounting@retail-tech.com to request a refund and we will assign a RMA number.

Include in your package: the original receipt and a signed letter stating the reason for the return.

Return exceptions
Any merchandise produced exclusively for you as a custom job cannot be returned.

Re-stocking fee
All items are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and delivery of items RTI. We recommend using a carrier with insurance and tracking ability.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for an item of a different design or style, you will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you must still pay any applicable return shipping fees.
